What is your favorite base for frit?

I love how frit looks on opal yellow. I also love it with Ask 104 morrocan swirl(nla). What do you use as a base for your frit. I'd love to try something new. Thanks!

I use mine until the very end, when my hand gets to close to the flame I get out my long pliers and hold it with them. Glass is too pretty and expensive to waste.
