Question Open studio Boston area?

I may be moving to the Boston area soon and I wondered if I could do Lampwork at an open studio space, in case I cannot set up a new studio in our new home. Is there something like that?

Question bubble trouble

I have been encasing some beads and end up with air bubbles. is there a way to remove them without messing up the core bead? every time I try to pull it out with tweezers I mess up the core design....

have you tried coke- coca cola?

My favorite solution to a bead that won't come off the mandrel is to soak it in coca cola for a few hours- this has worked for me almost every time.....I definitely have stopped drinking the stuff!!!
