If you see that over reduction, you can get rid of it pretty easily with Iaso by switching back to a small hot oxidising flame

When I am reducing a bead I twirl it in the flame for a few seconds, take it out, twirl it again, take it out. I never leave it in for more than 2 seconds at a time. Not sure if that is what you are...
