I think a twistie (of certain colors) was laid next to an opal yellow stripe & the colors "unzipped"...into a tie dye...

Looking back, I would make a few changes. For example, some of the frit shelves are not lined up well with the PVC with lampwork rods in them, so have to "rangle" them out!
