You can try Reichenbach Porcelain or Effetre...
You can try Reichenbach Porcelain or Effetre Wood. They're both bone-coloured opaques, although the Wood gets a sheen in the flame. I love both colours.

I don't know if it possible to mix Earth, but if I was going to try it, my first attempt would be to loosely mix Turquoise or Dark Sky Blue with the lightest Cobalt.
