Paul and Hollie at Extreme Oxygen provided excellent customer service on a malfunctioning EX-15 I purchased from D&L Art Glass in Denver in late December 2013. I've always had problems with the concentrator fluctuating (breathing) heavily and found it difficult to get a consistent steady working flame, but being fairly new to torching I thought I was doing something wrong, or who knows... I even began my account in this forum and was asking questions about this "breathing" problem I was having with the oxycon. Beginning of April 2014, the oxycon quit putting out any Oxy at all. Paul has worked with me since then to try to troubleshoot the unit. Once it was determined that it could not be fixed, Paul & Hollie immediately shipped me a replacement machine via FedEx and I was back up and running this past weekend. Excellent Customer Service -- Thank you Paul & Hollie!!
