Erik at Vapor Glass is another vendor I've had great luck with. Not sure what his shipping policy is, but if you give him a call and tell him you are hell bent on having it yesterday, who knows, he's a pretty helpful guy.

I second both, I have placed orders with Steve? at Mountain Glass and his follow up on my order has been right on.
Eric at Vapor is great, I think I have caught him several times on the road, yet he is really knowledgeable of whats going on with his clients and his responding to my emails have been blistering fast.
