If I buy a tutorial for $20 then I think it is worth $20, if it goes on sale the next day I might think darn that sucks, but certainly not be mad. I realize that some large stores have a 14 day policy if something goes on sale you can bring your reciept they refund the difference, but i wouldn't do that unless it was a high dollar item and the price dropped significantly. Grocery stores have sales all the time and people don't ask to have the difference refunded for the milk they bought last week that is on sale this week.
The only thing bad about a sale on tutorials, once an artist puts their tutorials on sale if I don't buy it then I might wait hoping it will go on sale.
