I have used mediatemple.net for many years. I have a pretty good rate, grandfathered in from being with them so long. But you could look into them and see if their rates are good for you. They are excellent at keeping you notified of any changes on the backend, any outages, system upgrades, etc. The back-end admin controls are very easy to navigate with tons of tools.
