I feel the same way. I am still waiting for my control board! The lady I have been dealing with at Paragon has dragged her feet for over a week. I am so frustrated with it and the service level I got from Paragon...I had to go through hoops to get anything from them, and I am still waiting!
I flat out asked her, if they know about this problem why aren't they recalling the kilns from the distributors and she said "I don't know".
