I actually have murrini cookbook, it is not exactly about applying murrinis, it is more about the recipes, how to make murrini. I second the tutorials on YouTube, you will find lots of tutorials there, and once you know how to apply them, you will most likely wanna learn to make your own. That's when my tutorial will be more help.
I actually change my technique depending on a murrini, and I can explain it to you once I'm not on my phone.
