white gold is usually 14K, true, but the remainder of the alloy is silver-as far as I know. I'm not a jeweler, I could be wrong, LOL.
Many alloys of gold (especially higher carats) are gold, palladium, silver, and/or copper or platinum. I know you can fume with silver and gold, what about with the other metals?
You could look up common alloys of gold and see what's used, too.
