Bead release recipe

This is my first post in this forum...
I used a bead release recipe I found in lampworketc. but it failed when I tried it yesterday. The release was shattered when put in the flame and the hot glass would not stick to the mandrel. Any ideas?

5 spoons aluminum oxide or hydroxide
5 spoons Kaoline
1 spoon calcium carbonate
1 teaspoon graphite (powder)
I would also appreciate any other tried recipes because I can't import bead release directly to Egypt. Any liquid or dry materials are subject to chemical tests and inspection.
