Hi all, it's been eight years since I wrote and published these tutorials, and the technique has recently exploded in popularity.
I've been quietly giving them away for the last couple of years, but I think I've just come up on someone's radar--so to preclude for-profit redistribution of my (AFAIK, lol) original technique, I'm offering them here for free.
Also, please, if these links don't work, message me---I'm using Google docs, but I'm a novice.

Addendum:
Random notes in no particular order:
1. I now anneal pieces with a heavy application of glass--rather than change the file, I just add this note.
2. Joan at Schlaifers has passed away, sadly.
3. While you can use the Thompson enamels formulated for glass as decoration, I do not recommend using them as a base layer, especially if you're going to add very much glass on top. A jar of white undercoat is a small investment in the longevity of your piece.
4. Be aware of the alloy on your copper. Roof flashing is cheap and easy to obtain, but some of it will form a layer of scale that cannot be worked away in the flame--your enamel will practically shed--very distressing if it happens once it's out of your hands. C110 is 99.9% pure, and again, a small investment if you care about the longevity of your pieces. I've also heard, but can't confirm, that some roof flashing contains arsenic.
5. Pardon the photo quality, lol, this is 8 years old, and my camera wasn't the greatest!
