I'm not being too much help! Your system should work. All I can think of is your fan is not pulling enough cfm's (defective fan?). I thought the baffles would fix it. Use your incense to see where you start to have good draw. If its just under the hood I bet it's the fan. Send Mike a PM. He is always a BIG help
