That kind of reduction seems a little odd for Lt. Sky Blue. You sure it's not Light Turquoise? They're so similar.
PS- If you try The Works, wear plastic gloves, it's a bit caustic.

It actually looks like dark turquoise to me. That is what I get when I work dk turq too long.
