I got that very same lovely color with alabaster dark rose. I had just changed cylinders and had a great flame going. When I got "swampwater" grey I decided that I had overheated the glass and burned it. I tried again with the same color rose and held it waaaaaay out at the tip of the flame. I got a nice pink bead. I have a sneaky hunch that yellow and red are problem colors anyway and don't need much help to morph into some other amazing color that you didn't want.
