Be careful about using machines that have oil/s in, on or have had oil as a lubricant.
Oxygen will cause oil/s to spontaneously combust starting a fire if you are lucky or an explosion if you are not lucky.
Homefil machines pressurize oxygen to 2500 psi so finding something to replace that kind of pressure is going to be spendy.
