The Devilbiss I have is a 4490 and it is an older one. HOWEVER, and this is a big caveat, mine was completely rebuilt by Oxygen Plus. The key would really be knowing how pure the oxygen output is. If you can find a local company that will test it for you, I would definitely do that before purchasing it.
