Well, the good news is the this batch of pink is not shocky but I still can't get the nice pink from it. It could be that I didn't use a cool flame.
Anyone had luck with the dichroic? I find that it burns out easily and does not like to be encased. Given that they come in such thin strips, I may have better luck using them as stringer for surface decoration. I also plan to try fusing with it and see if the lower kiln temperature will preserve the dichroic better.
