What's up with shipping?!!!!!!

I wanted to order 4 colors of the Thompson enamel for about $24 and the cheapest shipping was $20!!!

I like that I can now shop online but I hope that's not the true cost for shipping 8 oz!

Can someone tell me if that's just an estimate?
