I have a Barracuda from Bethlehem and when I fume silver, I use the center flame only and I adjust my flame to the very center flame about 18mm long and the ring of flames arround it to about 5-6mm - if this helps. For gold I have my flame hissing with oxy. Hope this makes sense - if not I can take pictures of my different flame settings.
