If a tutorial is good, well thought out, great pictures, easily followable (is that a word? lol) etc, then it wouldn't bother me paying full price or sale. Any tutorial should provoke a 'eureka moment' or an 'Ah! so THAT is how it is done!' moment - in which case it is money well spent, sale or no sale.

If however it is a bad tutorial, bad pics, etc, and I learn nothing new - or worse, it is a bad copy of a good tutorial that I already have - then I would be really miffed,even if it was only a dollar.
