Darrell, I think an independant review is a great idea. I was thinking about this earlier today, but I think it would have to be informative but not biased...you know, like movie critics.
Sometimes when I want to buy a tut, there is not enough information in the description to make me decide if it's right for me. There are times when I buy one just to learn one specific technique..I may not want to learn how to make the beads in the tut, just how they achieved a certain technique.
