There is a thread about this problem but I can't find it right now. There are Ball Valves on each compressor cylinder. Sometimes they don't seal and the machine stops working well.
If you are a DIY person, remove the cover and tap on the top of all the cylinders to release the Ball Valve. Do this while its running.
