Do you mean just a "teapot" shaped bead? Or do you mean an actual "vessel" (small/pendant or large/useful size)?

If you're speaking of a small pendant that is "3D", I'd recommend searching and learning about how to make small blown vessels. You can add a spout and handle - and even a lid to these.
If you're talking about a full sized, usable teapot - sorry, can't help 'ya!
