i recently had a similar but opposite problem, kiln wasnt holding temp but cooling. i called paragon and with the help of my boyfriend and a volt meter and their tech support on the phone, we concluded it was a bad relay. 20 bucks for a new one. i just got it and have to install it. hopefully all is well after that.
so maybe give the company a call, ive always had good results with tech support.
