I've been looking at the D80 as well - with the 18 - 200. I have a question about taking bead pictures, though. Do you use the zoom instead of macro when you take your bead photos? I've been wondering if I'd need to find a macro lens as well.
I really want more telephoto for the other pictures I take, but I don't want to have a different camera for my bead pictures.
