Not knowing your reasoning for not wanting to add a second concentrator, I would suggest getting an Airsep Intensity (
http://hobbiesforus.com/Concentrators.html, scroll down). It's 10lpm, 20psi and will run a Mega Minor just fine. That being said, a Mega Minor isn't much of an upgrade from a Minor. Unless you're getting a really good deal on it, I'd skip it. There's really nothing you can do on a Mega Minor that you can't do on a Minor.
Tanks are always better because there is no restriction as to what size torch you can run. The downside is the expense and convenience. In the long run, concentrators are much more economical. And you'll never run out of oxy over the weekend or in the middle of a project.
