I could be wrong but I believe the hose was purchased at Walmart in the camping department (about 4 years ago, but maybe had 20 hours of use on it). Yeah, yeah, now I know better. I hate Walmart.

Hose clamp, check.
New Hot Head, coming in the mail.
BUT: spent the day playing on a friend's Minor at her house. I don't think I'll ever go back to the Hot Head again. Still need the hose clamp, though.
