I think you may find it to be to light!...... I personally would consider a wood shed that can be insulated and or sheet rocked (gypsum board) and may be climate controlled for summer/winter weather changes.... While we all need light to work by, I think you will find a green house is more like working under a magnifying glass....
Trying to air condition a green house is kind of an oxymoron....
