I have a couple Extreme Oxygen machines that I've been trying for ages, periodically for over a year, in email to arrange a purchase for EX-15 rebuild kits. The machines are wonderful when they work and I'm eternally grateful that we have companies like this to provide machines like this for us to use, however, I really would like to see more support for those existing clients as I feel that my requests have fallen through the cracks. My first machine has never run particularly well but has now given up the ghost and the second is on it's last legs. I really need these replacements so I'm going to try on more time on here to wave my little flag "help me, pretty please!"
