Robin if you sign in the items will stay in your cart indefinitely, at least they do in mine. I'm always surprised at what I find when I log in weeks later.

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone. It seems that the problem our customer had can be resolved by logging in first as other have said.

Once you log on

I just hung up with DeDe after a question. Since it was 1/4lb per order, I placed three separate orders for Peachy Rubino starting Thursday. Today I received a notification from my very first order that the Peachy rubino was out of stock. So none of my peachy rubino will be coming since I'll get two more notifications over the next couple days. Order number in the 33000s. My next two are in the 34000s.

Just a heads up for everybody, from what DeDe said, the warehouse only had three pounds in stock. So if you weren't one of the first twelve orders for Pink PEACHY Gold Premium Special (591456-P) or if you had an order number past the mid-range to late 33000s, you won't be getting the special rubino oro.

This makes me a sad panda. I was in love with that color.

I noticed Razzleberry was taken down either yesterday or the day before but Peachy Rubino stayed up. I guess I assumed if the order went through, it was good... figuring the website monitored the inventory and would not allow additional sales to go through. I dunno, three pounds and they continued to leave it up to take orders? I know it's a new section of store and there are bugs to be worked out but it feels a little like Christmas didn't come. I love peach and here was a transparent peach. I'm just going to have to lick my wounds, suck it up and take a little while to get over it. If I had to offer a suggestion of any sort to Frantz is to put up a notice next time in the Fun House if you're dealing with less than 10 pounds. That way, I know there is a chance that the website can't keep up with orders as they're flooding in, and there isn't a guarantee the sales would "go through".

I assumed it was out of the famed Vault and that amounts were very limited. I only added on some of the items because I was placing an order for others, and had my heart set on none of them.

That may be common knowledge and my little newbie status unused to the Vault, didn't realize quite *how* limited this stock is.

I think I'm more disappointed than upset at Frantz

Understandable - it's like Christmas morning with nothing under the tree. Most of these are highly sought after. Supplies are limited was on the page, but that leaves something to the imagination. Real-time inventory definitely would have helped the situation.

Real-time inventory would be a dream come true. When we purchased our new accounting software they did have a website we could have purchased and we would have had real-time inventory, but we had too many issues with their website, we kept our old website, and have no real-time inventory.

I did order some of this new-to-me earth cool color which looks really neat!! I was more excited to try that funky blue-green mix so hopefully that was still in stock.

Thank you Nina. We have lots of Earth Cool Color, maybe 500 pounds, but one day when it is almost gone......I will take the last 22 pounds and hide it for a day at the Fun House!

Give Steve or Chris a call at Mountain Glass Arts, they use something with real time inventory, not sure of name or if it would even work for ya, but it's out there, just an FYI
