I hope we can use someone other than UPS as they brake everything they touch.

We are working on the M15s now. My goal is to have most done by wid-week, next week. I had one tech walk off the job. But, we will rally and cover it.

Thank you, big guy. We can use the Postal Service. I do believe they have more respect for your items than UPS(OOPS)

Hi Jack,

I know things are a bit busy for you now, just wanted to followup on my order and if my M20's are ready to ship.

Also with the problems and damages incurred by UPS please ship my order via USPS if that is better and similar pricing. I'd hate to have damaged units after waiting excitedly for my new concentrators. Please let me know if the M20's will ship soon.

H Lisa, your 2 M20s are scheduled to be completed on Friday 27th. They will ship on Monday 30th. That is if everything goes as planned. I can ship Postal. I will check on the cost. Believe it or not, some locations are cheaper by UPS. Jack

Just let me know the safest way to get the concentrators shipped. I just read some of the damages from others but if you feel UPS is okay then that is fine.

I don't think you can run the whole torch on 1 M20. Most Lampworkers use 2 M20s on any mid-range. The Barracuda certainly runs best on 2. Jack

We are runing 4 to 6 weeks on all orders. We will offer free shipping and even refunds on orders running over the 4 to 6 week mark. I have given refunds and paid shipping to keep everyone happy.
