Default gas bottle & oxycon advice

Hi everyone,
Wondering if anyone can help me out with something.
I'm planning on using a cupboard to store my glass supply but the only way I can fit the cupboard into the space I have is if I rearrange everything.

Does anyone know if it's ok to have the gas bottle and oxy con sitting on top of the cupboard (approx. 80cm high) or do they have to be at floor level ? Just wondering if it's going to cause a safety issue or if it will throw a spanner in the works on how everything operates.

We're planning on changing everything around tomorrow.
So ............ Heeeeelp.

Aaaaahhhhhh POO.
Probably should have put this in the safety forum. If any of the mods see this perhaps you could move it for me ? Pretty please ?

If by gas bottle you mean the propane tank, it should not be stored on top of the cupboard. Propane belongs outside. You can read why in the Safety forum.
