Default OG 20 Help!

The flow meter on my OG 20 has stopped working. Does anyone know why this would happen and/or what I can do? I live in Hawaii with no easy access to parts or assistance. I'm going to call the company tomorrow but if anyone knows or can help me with this problem, it would be ever so much appreciated.

Kind Alohas,
Patricia

have you tried tapping on the glass of the meter? is the machine too big to turn upside down and tap at it?
i recently read about someone had an ex15 with a stuck ball...someone said to turn it upside down and give her a whack.
