If you have a hardware store nearby (or even a home improvement store like Home Despot or Lowe's) this "should be" an off the shelf item. Look in the plumbing section for a 1/4" to 1/4" to 1/4" Wye or Tee fitting in plastic pipe with barbed ends.

I was just at my local Hardware Hank and noticed he had about a dozen Wyes and about 6 tees just sitting on the shelf.

This is a better option,

http://www.oxyunlimited.com/page4.html

Get everything yo need to connect 2 concentrators together plus the check valves.

Thanks for the tips guys! Since I can't get out of the hardware store without spending at least $200, I went with the ready made one.

I got my Y-connector from Margi last week. Well worth the 20 bucks to get it all put together with the check valves and christmas trees and fittings and hoses.
