Just ordered the PK565...cannot wait to play with this one!!!

I found just experimenting, test paddles without annealing.... The clear can't been glowing molten soupy it or it loses most luster. I used regular clear. Time it just right, smush clear quickly on the paddle and its fine.

Lovely pinky purple on a grapefruity paddle. Too much reduction gives a deep gold. Not sure how but a deep reduction also gave green-gold opal streaks.

Also melt in the clear until it's molten caused me to lose the luster.

One of my favorites but its going to take a bit of experimentation.
