Thumbs up to GTT!
Just got my Phantom back from GTT. It's one of their early production models and had a problem with the center fire I didn't appreciate until I had a chance to use another artist's torch. Since I've had it long past any reasonable buyer's warranty, I authorized GTT to charge me for the repair in addition to the cleaning I also asked them to do. To my very pleasant surprise, GTT only charged me for the cleaning.
I appreciate their graciousness, and the fact that they stand behind the quality of their torches. It wasn't a fast turn-around, but I know that GTT is a small company, one that I'm sure is working like mad to get everyone's Crickets out, among their other wonderful torches, so I didn't mind the wait.
Thanks again, GTT, for your graciousness about the repair and for getting my wonderful Phantom back to working at full capability!
