He seems to have picked up his business somewhat. I haven't dealt with him myself but I haven't seen the usual spate of complaints for quite awhile either.

This thread is over 2 years old. I would hope that people can give me the benefit of the doubt by now. I have improved on my shipping and my customer service. I have sold many oxycons with great results. My wish is that those who are happy with UO2 would say so. jack

Jack, I've had the two M15s I bought from you for over a year now. It's been a long time since I had to worry about running out of oxygen. Best lampworking purchase I ever made. I wish I had bought them 3 years earlier. I recently referred Tom B. to you, even had him up at my place so he could test the concentrators out with boro on the Barracuda I bought from you (when you were selling off some torches to do right by your customers and issue refunds, during the time this thread was first posted. I totally scored and I love my torch so much.) You also sent me the new green connectors after I stupidly wrecked mine, for free, and you even shipped extras, and you sent it all Priority Mail so I was only down 2 days. In my book, you've gone above and beyond and I would recommend you to anyone.

I really really want another machine soon, I'm worried I don't have enough electricity to run all three. Your M20 special is calling to me, lol. Anyway, I wanted to thank you in public for everything you've done for me, and I really appreciate you. Thanks, Jack!

Ok...I'll say more. As Kelly said, Jack will always go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Oh sure, he had some issues in the past...but that's past. I know when I have had questions all I had to do was PM Jack and he was right there with an answer. Would I buy another from Jack? You bet your ass I would...in fact, I'm thinking about a bigger torch and know that if I do go bigger I'm going to need more oxygen. Do I want to deal with tanks? Nope. I'll get another, bigger oxy con from Jack.

I just wanted to throw out a huge "THANK YOU" to Unlimited Oxygen. I have had 2 EX-15s that have run flawlessly for the last 3 years. I work both boro and soft and so they get a work out.

Recently one of them quit putting out oxygen. I thought to myself that it had been three years and prepared myself for purchasing another. But before doing so, I sent an email off to Jack and asked if perhaps it could be something I could simply replace a part for. Turns out it was, the parts are on their way, and the warranty honored. No hassle, no back and forth, just quick efficient service.

When the time comes for another purchase, I know where I'll be going.

Oh Yes, I'm doing my second order with Unlimited Oxygen - M20 sale going on. Jack has been one of the "best" in customer service with me and I'm sure many others too. Sorry for any mishaps in the past, but I live in the here and Now.

I agree with the posters above. Jack has been nothing but helpful and straightforward when dealing with me. Held my hand through all the pre-sale questions, gave me every update I asked for, and I just got my M-15 yesterday and it looks like new, is totally professionally refitted, and worked like a charm as soon as I plugged it in. I have no hesitation about recommending him or Unlimited Oxygen.

I have an M10 that I absolutely love. I'm upgrading my torch and am getting an M20 from Jack soon. I've had no problems with my oxycon or him, I'm quite happy and would also recommend Unlimited Oxygen

I'm in need of a back-up concentrator to my generator because being full time lampworker and it's my only income, I can't afford to be without 02 for any length of time. I will be ordering an M-15 from Jack as soon as possible. Down the road when my finances are back up again, I have the Hurricane in mind.

Bought a m-15 from Unlimited Oxygen this spring. It arrived, undamaged, in a timely manner and has seen me through many hours at the torch and will hopefully see me through many more.
The service was just fine.
The one thing I would like to have seen was a pamphlet on the proper use of the machine. I keep learning more from going through old posts on LE.

I had a problem with a cracked filter on my M-10. Jack sent me a replacement and a spare - no charge. I would love to pick up one of his M-20's when finances allow. I'm pleased to recommend him.

He's great at providing great service and great products, and I thank God for the concentrators every time I turn them on. They have been running smoothly for years now. I would not hesitate to buy from him.

I am glad it was brought back to the front because it was one of the threads I did read when I was looking for a new oxycon. I ended up buying some refurbished Devilbliss 515 machines from somebody else a year and a half ago. They both needed to be replaced late this summer. I wanted a new machine this time, not a refurbished one, so I began looking around. I decided to give Jack a call to see if things were as bad as a few people said. It wasn't. He was great. His answers were strait forward, he was knowledgable and patient with me even with all my questions and nervousness with dealing with him. Long story short my new steel M-20 arrived yesterday, in perfect condition looking marvelous. I have been torching all day and it runs fantastic. My cricket is melting glass like never before, it is scary hot. I took pictures to send a friend I was so excited, and not with my phone but I actually went inside the house to get the good camera, and if you knew how lazy I am that means something.

I am really, really, really wanting to purchase an M20 from Jack. I've got to wait a while to have the money saved up, but I know he will get my business. I've read the comments and have seen excellent reports from happy buyers now. He just needed some time to get the kinks worked out in his business.
