Default Questions about oxygen concentrator

I've got a chance to pick up an oxygen concentrator. It is advertised as an "Invacare 5 oxygen concentrator for lampworking/glass beadmaking. Has 26546 hours of use. Good condition. Ready to hook up to torch" and the asking price is $300 CND. I use a minor and was wondering if this was an okay buy and would run on my minor , how many hours do they usually get before they die.

the price is too high, imo. I wouldn't pay more than $100 for that used of a machine, and probably much less.

Thank you for taking the time to respond. I have no idea about oxygen concentrators. I've been wading my way through the posts in but it gets confusing
