Default Adding an extra Fan to a Glasscraft hood?

I made the silly decision to only get one fan with my hood... I would like to add an additional fan to it as I don't think just the one will do the job when I reinstall it in our new studio which will have two torches..

Anyone added an extra fan to their hood? Can I just put an extra fan in... like current fan to some ducting to the new fan and then vent to the outside or will that make the original fan not run as well? Any ideas....

The fan should duct out of the opposite side as the installed fan. Don't put it in line with the existing fan.
