There are tutorials around for murrini. Just adapt one to a lady bug - starting at the center with perhaps a flat black paddle surrounded by red simi-circles (don't forget to add the black dots in the middle of the wings) add a black head - encase in clear, heat and pull.

Oh, Christina's are super cute! I have some in Bullseye, in case you're looking for that COE; mine aren't as cute, though...no eyes!
I may try again in 104...

I've got some instructions that I wrote out for 3D ladybug murrini around here somewhere. If I can find them I would be happy to email them to you.
They are a little bit different to making clear encased murrini, but you would easily make them that way too by adding clear glass before pulling.
I think both De's and Christina's ladybugs are really cute!

kez, this thread is from 2010. At least one person in it is deceased. Keep using the search until you find a thread with instructions in it, or look on You Tube and Etsy.

I have a fairly easy to follow tutorial on my website. This one is for a duck but since you already have an idea of what you want, it would be very easy to adapt. Have fun and don't forget to show us how it works out for you.
