These are some of the colors I found at Effetre on my last trip there.
We started testing and will complete our testing after the 4th of July holiday
I think they will start coming on line in about a week

Effetre made this for me when I visited the factory. It reminded me of some rooster tails I had seen, so I am hoping to name it Rooster or Rooster Tail, or maybe Cocktail, any opinions as to naming this color?

A few years ago on one of my trips to Effetre I was walking around the outside area of the factory and found a pallet of glass rods. At that time I could not identify them as Lizard and asked for and got a great price on about 40 pounds.
It shipped home and was put to the side and forgotten about. Soon we ran out of Lizzard and took if off the website.
While I was gathering misc glass for my store discount tables I found this glass and was able to identify it as Lizard.
It was a bit dirty and there were rods with air bubbles and some rods that were misshaped or bumpy.
I got the old sink out and washed the glass rods and pulled out those with air bubbles and lumps. What was left we decided to put up for sale and instead of the normal $42 retail price per pound, we decided to pass on a good deal and sell it for $10.50 per pound.
Many customers ordered a pound or less, but some went all out and were buying 5 pounds, and one customer wanted to buy most of it.
We decided to put a maximum amount to sell each customer or we would run out yesterday.
If you would like more than 1/2 of a pound, I would put a note on your order asking if you can buy 1 pound instead of one half pound. Depending on how much we have left after we fill all the 4th of July Holday sales orders, you might be able to buy a little bit more.

So Mike... it's time to ask my question again. On Facebook, I believe I saw a stash of what looked like the palest of pale opal yellows.
Would you happen to have any on its way? I know it's hard to say what Opal Yellow will do. You and I have discussed it at length. But I love it enough, I have to ask if any *MIGHT* be coming.
And if you do... can I go head and call to place my order?

Effetre is not making any EDP. The regulations in Italy prohibit the use of certain ingredients in making glass and Effetre has had to find work arounds.
This happened with Rubino Oro 591456, but Effetre did find a substitute and their Rubino Oro is better than ever.
They have not found a substitute for the ingredients needed to make 591254, and until they do, there shall be no 254 Purple.
In regards to the light Opal Yellow 591266, we did order a production of that color and got in this air freight 22 pounds of it with the balance coming by sea is not the pale version.

It does not look like many or any will be released this week, but it is only Tuesday, but I will try to get out a few next week. Just need to test and photograph, but things going slowly after the 4th of July holiday when we had a short week.
