Default Can BOC use small beads?

Our group donates beads to BOC and as I was preparing to send them, I noticed that somebody had put about 60 small (less than 10mm) beads in, all with 1/16 holes. They're really cute but can BOC use small beads with tiny holes?

We can use them in some of our outreach projects. Thanks for thinking of us.

Thanks, Robert. I'll put them in with the box with the rest of the beads, but in a separate bag so your volunteers don't have to sort through them all.
