It looks like it is just 5 dots, raked a bit to the middle, then a poked center.

I'll add that the base opaque looks partially melted in then creased, then covered with transparent that was partially melted in.

I would rake one end (out) with a larger, more blunt instrument, and rake the narrow end (in toward the middle) with a standard pointy rake.

I tried it finally today and I used a tool from a Corinna set I bought to make the dots look like a bowl the middle and then I pulled it into the centre.
I will see if it worked this evening.

it was her bead and I used a tool from Corina's site.
