please assist me with flameworking gas choice!!
Hi, just finished my course in beadmaking and have purchased all necessary tools and glass. My torch is a conkinect propane torch. Unfortunately in my country (Cyprus) pure propane gas is not available. I have a choice of LPG, or the standard gas we use for home which is a 30/70 propane butane mix. Other gases available are oxygen and hydrogen. Which is my best option to use for flameworking? It's understood ofcourse that I would have to change my torch, so a perfect choice of torch would also be much appreciated.
Thanks for any assistance and tips,
adonino..

LPG and you can keep the same torch. It's very close to propane (90%).

LPG is liquified petroleum gas and that is what we commonly refer to as "propane" even though it's not pure propane.
