Default Gaffer Rods - Anyone know where to get them?

I used to buy my Gaffer rods from Val Cox, but I checked her website and it doesn't look like she carries Gaffer rods any longer. Does anyone know where I can get some Gaffer rods? I want the size we use for making beads, not the HUGE size the furnace glass workers use.

Gail's Glass is Gorgeous!!!!

Also, for similar pretty (can totally compatible) glass, there's Caliente Cane. I mix them AND Val's Gaffer all the time.

Yup. yup, another vote for Gail! Super service and a great variety of colors (some twistie cane too). But I don't think she's been able to do a "pull" lately.
Lovely selection of frits as well.

Thanks everyone. As soon as I saw Gail's name I remembered that she was also someone I had bought from. In fact, I got most of my Gaffer rods from her, so I just popped over to her store and alas she is out of the color that I need, which is the trans hyacinth. I will try back in a few weeks. I'm not totally out, but I would like to get more. Thanks again for the tip.

Becky, if it's urgent I can send you a rod or two. A semi-reasonable substitution is Uroboros Neon Orchid transparent, which Kalera has over on Bridgetownglass.com. It's a lovely color but doesn't have that veiling that Gail's does.

Karen,

Thanks for your nice offer, but it isn't urgent. I just WANT more of the Hyacinth, so I can wait. I have this TINY little problem called a glass obsession. Anytime I see that I'm getting low on something I love, I immediately want more, even when I haven't used it for 2 years!

LOL I was thinking the same thing. I haven't used Moretti much in the last 2 years, but I went nuts in Tucson buying all the new flavors, anyway. Oh, and some vetrofond. It's like "I don't have that....why don't I have that???...I MUST have that!!!! Will I use it???? Who cares, I'll have it just in case!!!"
