Newbie interested in etching
Please recommend an etching solution that is easy and affordable. And, if you have another second or two, what bead release do you use, please?
Also, a huge shout out to "DJ" for her RAOGK glass. I'm in heaven!

Personally I like Fusion bead release. When I want to chemically etch I use Amour Etch Bath. Kind of pricey but it lasts a loooong time. A cheapish tumbler otherwise. I have the one from Harbor Freight and I saw it on sale today.

I use Fusion too. I like it just a bit better than homemade for small beads and it is awesome for huge beads. I air dry instead of flame drying.

Try salt water etching. You can google it and find some really good utube videos about it
