Default silver tubing question

I am finally getting around to using tubing to line some Pandora sized beads - yay! My husband got me the tubing almost two years ago, and I have found that when I am using my doming punches (although I am using them straight up and down and hammering) on them, the tubing is not squooshing out evenly, so it's flaring crooked.

Should I re-anneal the tubing? Am I doing something wrong?
No, I'm not going to buy a lining tool, I am happy doing it with my doming tools.

Thanks in advance!
Jody
